Questioning? Curious? Formally diagnosed with ADHD, autism, or both?
Navigating a Late AuDHD Diagnosis as an Adult

Welcome! Have you stumbled across content on social media that finally validated your experiences? Are you wondering if you have autism, ADHD, or both? Did you get diagnosed as an adult, and now you have a million and one questions about everything everywhere? Come one, come all! I have been there. Let's be real, I still have a million and one questions, but that's just who I am.

My forever journey of healing and self-discovery has been terrifying, busy, painful, chaotic, exciting, and freeing. I have invested thousands of hours researching, connecting, educating myself, finding accommodations and tools, and learning how to exist a little lighter.

I created this page to invite you along on my journey and provide a hub to help you navigate some of the tools and information that have been meaningful to me. Maybe you poke around and think, "Nope, this is not for me," and that's okay! I'm not here to persuade or convince, and I certainly understand that everyone is uniquely their own, even if we might share the same diagnosis. The neurodivergent experience is nuanced.

Alternatively, if you poke around and think, "Wow! I can relate!" then feel free to dive in and mosey around if something piques your interest.

In the "My Story" section, I share a bit about me, some of the aha moments that helped me connect the dots to my diagnosis, and the turning points that led to me finally realizing I am not a walking "problem"; I just have a different brain.

If you are curious about different tools or supports for sensory safety, you can find some of my favorites under "Things I Like." My "Resource Library" is full of different types of content that have helped me better understand myself and learn to exist with others in environments that weren't built for me.

My "Vlog" is where I ramble about whatever comes to mind: mostly neurodivergence-related rants, sometimes completely random thoughts, and unmasked shenanigans.

If you want to say hi or share a thought, head over to "Comments."
